Welcome to Thomason Behavioral Health Services! I have been in the behavioral health field since 2006, and have worked with a wide variety of individuals, families, couples and teens. In addition to private practice, I have worked in a variety of community settings, including residential and outpatient substance abuse treatment, outpatient clinics for adults and children, and field-based mental health programs. I primarily work from a Cognitive-Behavioral orientation, but I also pride myself on utilizing a variety of approaches to help you feel that you're getting the support you need. I enjoy working with people in a warm, conversational style, and working with you to create growth and healing. I look forward to talking with you soon!

Hello and welcome! I have been providing an array of social services in North San Diego County over the past decade. I have worked with all ages in both outpatient clinic and field-based settings, working specifically with individuals living with severe and long-term mental illness and substance abuse challenges. My passion lies in increasing access to resources, services, and silencing the stigma often surrounding behavioral health. My primary approaches include Cognitive-Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused. I have extensive case management experience, specifically assessing and connecting individuals to appropriate services in the system of care. I strive to provide a safe, therapeutic and trauma-informed environment based on holding hope and discovering the strengths within you. I primarily offer tele-health and in-home service and am excited to hear from you and look forward to supporting you.
