We believe in increasing access to quality care in our community. In an effort to reduce barriers to getting the support you need, we are proud to offer mobile, discrete therapy sessions in the comfort of your own home, your favorite coffee shop, or a mutually agreed upon location.
Video Chat Tele-Therapy
By utilizing modern, HIPAA-Compliant secure digital technology, we are proud to offer real-time video chat therapy. Either from your home computer, or from your iOS or Android device, as long as you have an internet connection, we can provide quality therapy to you wherever you may be.
Office-Based Therapy

If traditional, face-to-face therapy in a more formal setting is preferred, we can make arrangements to accommodate you. Appointment times may be limited based on office availability and schedules

Our most premium service, Private Case Management combines our joint experience to provide you and your loved ones a complete, hands-on guided approach to helping you access the care and services that can sometimes be a challenge to navigate.

Private case management encompasses a range of services provided to assist and support individuals and their family members in developing the skills to gain access to the services essential to meeting their needs and living a more fulfilling life.
Case Management helps clients develop independent living skills, provides support with treatment, and allows us to serve as the point of contact between clients and people in their social and professional support systems
Monthly fees are determined after a comprehensive consultation with our team.
Our standard rates are commiserate with other therapists in the area and reflect the value of our education, training, experience, and commitment to helping you.
Payment Options
Payment Options
- Fee Payment: We are able to accept payment via cash, check, credit/debit card, or Venmo. Fee payment is due at the start of the scheduled appointment.
- Insurance: We do not currently accept insurance, but you may have out-of-network coverage that can reimburse you for our fees. Please check with your insurance provider to determine if you have out-of-network mental health coverage. When you pay out-of-pocket, we will provide you with an invoice and the necessary documentation that you'll need to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement
- Sliding Fee Scale: We believe that therapy can be a valuable part of your overall well-being. We believe that everyone who desires to make positive changes in their lives should have access to services. Because of this, we are willing to work with you to find a fair rate if you are unable to afford our standard fees.
